Exactly what banks ask for — salaried, self-employed, and non-resident.
Salaried (UAE resident)
Passport + visa, Emirates ID, salary certificate addressed to the bank, 6 months of bank statements, and 6 months of payslips if variable pay matters to your case.
Self-employed
Trade license, MOA, 12 months of personal and company statements, and audited financials for larger loans. Some banks waive audits below ~AED 2.5M.
Non-resident
Passport, proof of address, 6 months of statements, income proof. No Emirates ID or UAE visa needed.
The one that trips people up
The salary certificate must usually be issued within 30 days and addressed correctly. We check every document before submission — bounced files cost weeks.
